whats the advantage to putting it that low? wouldn't 5500 to 6000 feel slow then?

my stock a4 every once in a while will shift at 58XX or even 57XX but not any earlier.
i would pill it for 5700 tops, you're probably out of your powerband and not worth it to risk spraying during a shift since the consensus is to not spray during a shift. from 5700 to 6000 will be a fast rpm jump and i doubt you will miss it. i had mine at 5500 and it worked fine.

I just got my ls1 timing tuner w/ N20 control and it looks like the lowest i can stop spraying is 5900(unless im reading it wrong). What should i do in this situation? is 5900 too high? I know some guys were saying 100-200...
