Should I switch to a colder plug to pray a 200hp shot?

I don't understand why you guys are not going colder on the plug... it's only gonna make the whole ordeal safer. Ls1cantu has the right idea running race fuel as well... but our shop usually takes that a few steps farther, and runs the Nos blend 118 fuel in all the race cars that are spraying, regardless what they are running for a shot. It's a safety thing, keeping it alove for as long as possible withoug doing any damage, etc.etc.
Personally I'm putting the kit I have (CF dual stage plate, going to hook it up as a single stage and start at 100, eventually bump it to 150, will switch to a DP if I want to spray any more then that) on this fall and making an attempt at a 9 second run, I will be putting a #9 plug in and running the 118 Nos blend fuel with even that size hit..... It's just about being safe.
