224/224 114 + Nitrous Question

224/224 114 + Nitrous Question I just got my motor back and installed into my 98z. I spun a bearing 6 months ago and since i had to take the block out i decided to add forged pistons, a 224/224 114 cam, ported TB and LS6 intake and 3500 stall to the mix. Anyways, i want to take advantage of those pistons so i bought a wet nitrous kit. I tuned the car using HP tuners and i added a couple of degress above stock to get the most out of it N/A with the new cam, but im planning on using a small shot for now and working my way up to a 150 shot. I will be using a 75 shot to begin with and im wondering what my degrees should be with that size shot? also... what degrees with a 100 shot and 150 shot?
On a 100 shot you should be just fine. I have my car advanced a couple degrees and i'm spraying a 150 shot. But I throw a couple splashes of 100 octane in it or a gallon of 110 leaded whichever the track has.
You can run 28* for the 75 shot and i would run 26* for 100 shot and 24* for the 150 shot. that's what i was running on my friends 02 ws6 ta with that same cam and it worked out real well.
