TNT bottle pressure?
What PSI are the TNT kits calibrated for?
When I sprayed a 150 shot @ 900, I only got 7 tenths. When I spray a 100 shot @ 900, it just doesn't feel like it is 100 hp.
My bottle heater seems to shut off automatically @ 900 psi, even though there is no inline psi guage, etc. Does the heater know how hot the bottle is? I am not sure what type it is, I think it says 'zex', its an orange heater with 2 wires, simple.

Might wanna beef up the PSI. I've read that you should be somewhere between 1000-1200 psi for optimum efficiency.
If you bottle stops at 900 psi, you might wanna consider a new bottle heater, something doesnt sound right if its shutting down so quickly.
One more thing, check the wires and make sure they are connected properly, one might be loose, but i doubt it. Seems like the heater is malfunctioning. Good luck.

does your heater have a thermostat like the n.o.s heater has, if so you can take it out of the system. thats what i had to do, and i just watch my gauge, just dont forget it and leave it on too long. i have seen as much as 1800 psi consistantly (pls dont ask why), but with thermostat it quit at around 950. good luck
I have a Zex heater, and there must be an internal thermostat, because it shuts off, always when the bottle is 900 psi.
TNT claims their kits are calibrated for 900 psi!? But there is no way i'm getting the full shot when i spray @ 900.
