Thumbs up NA results with the lsx!!!!

well, last night fired it up, got it all done.
partied till 3 am, woke up at 8 to head to ned.
best of the 3 runs 10.4 @ 128.xx
car left pretty soft because i was not at WOT do to not having the 2 step in yet.

i was real happy with the results.

little more tuning and bottom 10's easy.

however with the light weight parts, this thing rev's so fast its un real!!!! so i am going to look into going solid roller with it this week, and sing it to 8,000 rpm and see what she will do.
solid roller and and an sd tune (still running stock maf, screen and all) 9's on motor easy!!
everything went great, car runs great, and man did it feel good to be back in the white Z!!!!!

thanks to everyone who helped me out for sure, my crew is A+++++

i should have it on spray in the next week or so. not bad considering i just picked up the block tuesday

Very nice, been watching the new build. Cool to see someone with some light parts and not afraid to spray it

Parting till 3 then up at 8, god it's nice to be young. Brad what were you reving your hyd roller to? I am looking to go to at least 7000/7500 on mine. Like I said before, an 8.xx car for sure, and you know you'll push it, at least eventually. Congrats on a job well done.

I wouldnt be scared either, I used to spray 500+ on aluminum rods at 8000rpm every weekend. Thats where the power is at

Looking forward to the results when its done.

Damn, I wish I knew earlier, as I allready got a custom grind hyd roller bump stick (Cam Motion) and dual springs (PRC), thanks though. Just put a thread up on this, as there are a ton of guys building the bigger cube motors for the spray, and yours is a proven combo.

I don't know how you do it. That is some awesome numbers. I have to spray 200hp on my 346 to run 10.4s I think the LSX is going to be my next build.

How in the hell did you get it done sooo fast??? Do you work full time also? It would have taken me a month to find spare time to get that done. I work 65 hrs a week though.

Congrats to ya! Cant wait to see it on the spray.

NXz28, it isnt the block that makes the power, its all in the setup.
there are 9 second 346's that would make my lsx 427 look like a joke. its all in the setup. the reason for the lsx block was the strength.

Tony, i work full time at my own company. i work 24/7. lol
but i wourked on the thing from after work (6am-5,6,7 pm) till 1 2 3 in the morning, then up for work at 6am.
when i put my mind on somthing, i cant sleep till its done, so i just do it!!
