high pitched flutter?

high pitched flutter? i recently had my nitrous kit installed on my car, NOS 150 shot. i have dual open cutouts too, so you can imagine how loud it is. after my first time spraying the car, i started to hear a high pitched flutter when i left off the gas. car seems to run fine other then that noise it makes now. what do you guys think it could be?

when i have my foot on the gas it goes away, its only when i let off the gas. its the vaccum pressure leaving the exhaust i guess, but its high pitched now.... dont know any better way to explain it.

My best thought is that the noise is caused by the new sparkplugs you put in,a colder plug will cause the fuel to burn in the cylinder at a different rate and could be causing a change in tone in the exhaust
