Default HSW dry kit questions?

Can I use this ZEX fuel pump booster with the HSW dry kit so as to avoid an lean conditions? Basically I am going for the same setup as the NOS 5177 kit.....

The 5177 dosen't use a fuel pump booster, nor does any of the LSx platform dry kits. You may be thinking of the NOS dry kit used on the LTx platform that uses an aux fuel pump to spike the fuel pressure for adding fuel, rather that the MAF as per the lsx's.
Or are you talking a BAP type system to add voltage to your fuel pump for added pressure?

Yea, it's just a booster pump, or an add on inline pump. Really not needed on our cars. If going dry then just make sure you have the correct injectors and you won't go lean unless you run out of stock pump @ about 500hp. Then just get the walbro intank replacement pump, the standard procedure, the inline add on pump is just a bandaid.

so last question....i think.....what size injectors did the '02 LS1's come with? and would they be enough to support a 125 dry shot? Also, at the moment, I dont have anyway to monitor my AFR.....

well Ive read many of Roberts Posts and he really seems to know what he is talking about and actually the dry kit seems safer IMHO, now I am not speaking from experience so this is just from reading the posts on this site and slowly gathering information, but I would say about 85-90% of the horror stories I have read about have been with wet kits from fuel puddling, nitrous backfires, or fuel solenoids getting clogged and then cracking the intake, burning a pistion, melting spark plugs etc.....I see you have the typhoon manifold and then maybe I would go wet but I have the plastic LS6....further more I only want 100rwhp so I figure a dry kit will be able to do that safely and I wont have to worry about nitrous backfires and all I need to do is moniter the AF ratio.....

Check out the wet vs dry thread, and see if you remain with this opinion.

Chances are the factory injectors won't support a 125 dry shot with the bolt on mods in your sig, but you should be okay on the 100 shot. Upgrade the injectors and you won't have any problems with a larger dry shot, and forget the idea of the inline pump. If you want to upgrade the fuel system do it right with a new in tank pump, like one of the Racetronix pump kits.

Thanks,
Matt

If I spray only the 75 shot I should have no problems at all correct? Will the 75 shot give me a solid 75 rwhp?
