dual purge?

can you make a single purge into a dual for minimal costs?

Yes you can. I bought this to make it easy on myself but if you dont want to buy this it will give you the basic idea.

can i go to local hardware store and piece one together?

Yes Home Depot carries all the fittings and hoses you need. It just will not be as eye appealing as this.

here's another option from Dyno tune, the one I run, actually the older model. I call it the Bull's Nostril. One line in and two out. If ya don't think the two outs are big enough plums just drill them out, I did. A very trick set-up. here's a pic, but with a low bottle pressure.
