I heard that they had some kind of “falling out” with the vendor that was producing the controller. So they found another vendor and they have to build it from the ground up. Be prepared for a long wait, I wouldn’t doubt if it never show up. The new controller is shipping and available over in Europe, minus all the new features. It’ll probably be another 2 months before they are implemented.

The "falling out" was for the maximizer. The new controller combined with the FJO wideband sensor is almost done with testing and will be released around mid to late July. Called NX today and that was the poop.

I think I still like the NOS brand controller better. Simply because it has the ***** and that would be easier to adjust in a shorter amount of time.

I really liked the F.R.E.D unit they have.Very reliable. Just look at Orange Krush's sig above
That is on a stock A4 99 with only a catback,lid,Y-pipe And I'm sure he's past his 20th bottle.

No prob Orange Krush. Both the F.R.E.D. & the NX "DIGITAL MAXIMIZER" are made by Highpower Nitrous Systems. The new "MAXIMISER" from Highpower is basically the proven guts of the old controller with a built in window switch, TPS, Timing Tuner, Wideband, and so on. The new "MAXIMISER" is already shipping, minus the enhanced features. They are still about two months off. Make sense?

Here is someone else that makes progressive controllers.

http://secure.cartsvr.net/catalogs/i...84&count=1

Click on any of the Progressive Controllers (i.e. Progressive II, go to Product Manual and read up on it.

Sounds promising.
