ok, did look around, Search function FTL.

Anyway, as far as hidden systems go, the bottle, the solenoids, thats easy. But I have not seen anyone address REALLY hiding the switches and gauges! In the ashtray is the common answer...... please.... anyone bumps the lid and you're secret is out.

I need to hide some switches and teh pressure gauge (also smallest ones possible) somewhere where u won't accidentally stumble across it. Say for instance someone were to drive my car.... and its imperative that they don't find the switches.

Probably the best one I have seen is Doc's, he used factory switches in factory locations.

He post mostly in the tuning section (post here time to time) so if you searched the post here (in his name) in the nitrous section it should be pretty easy to find.

As for best mini guage, probably the Dynotune one, Dean can just sell the LED/sending unit. Fits nicely in a rectangle cutout.

Looks like this.

the issue is bigger than that, and its not a deceptive racing ploy either. If I'm racing someone, I'm not gonna lie about the juice. I have other reasons I want it hidden.

And by the way, this isn't a debate of why to hide nitrous. Read the thread.

Extra Fog switches would be perfect. One for heater and one for nitrous arm

So does one of your parents or something occassionally drive your car and are totally against nitrous???

Well that would really suck if they found out

Someone told my Mom that I have some "special gas" on my car so she asked me if I get better gas mileage with it. I said "yeah.... sure Mom"

Here's my switch setup:

Of course, I have my own separate switch plate for the nitrous but you could always wire one for the nitrous arm and one for the heater. You think those extra fog switches would give it away? Unless one of your parents started playing with them to see what they do, AND you had a WOT switch I don't think it could hurt anything. You could even wire a hidden switch to break the circuits of each switch and hide it by your feet just in case so they don't activate the nitrous/heater.

Use a couple of micro switches. Put them on the a/c ducts. One that would have to tilt all the way up to activate the switch, the other all the way down. Putting the two switches in series would activate the system (no one is ever going to point the two that way for use).
