Just wondering what a good drag racing cam would be for a LT1, It has LT headers full exhaust ,intake, and other goodies. I will be running 150-175 shot wet . Would I wan't a cam with a high LSA or low LSA ? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

j/k....
as stated by Mr. Shepherd, we need a little more info to be able to help.
Is it going to be cam only, and what is the car going to be used for?
Rpm range you want to run....tranny, gear, etc
People will argue with me all day, but I think the Hotcam is a great nitrous cam if you're on a budget and don't want to get all out crazy. Of course a custom grind is preferred in most any application, but it's hard to argue with a stock internal with a few bolt ons and a hotcam +150 going 11.2 @121.

I am going witht the LE stage 2 kit So It Will be a custom grind. I just want an Idea of what I am looking for in a cam. It will be for track duty mainly. M6 tranny Spec 3 clutch , with 4.56's in the rear end. It might see some street time but not much. Thanks

If you are looking to spray under 200hp on a daily driver..I would have the cam cut for good NA performance you may give up a little HP on spray but not enough to lose sleep over. When you talk to Lloyd and Brett tell them you plan on running spray, Brett can then adjust the LSA/exhaust duration on the cam if needed.
Off topic a little but the 4.56's might be a little much for H/C and spray...but it depends on tire size....
