Default Coming back to a dry kit AFTER a tune

Here's my possible scenario. I want to get the car tuned with HP/T with a wet kit installed just before the throttle body.

If I come back later and add a small (100hp or less) dry kit later in the airbox, will it mean I need to retune? I've been given the impression that the dry stage would be plug-n-play...
