Default Times and jet questions

If somone was to run a 10.8-10.9 consistant on the motor and hit it with a 300 shot threw a two stage what would you say an expected conservative time would be on both stages?

Car went 11.0-11.1 on the motor spinning but still under a 2.0 60. On the first stage out of second it went 10.4@136 (high 9 mph) spinning. This is with a cowl hood but with a regular air filter top, belt driven water pump and a fan on it, M&H race masters. Before it goes out again it will have a K&N exstream filter top, EWP, and now has MT ET streets. Also have some double ADJ ontrol arms going in, LCA brackets and QA1 rear shocks. Heads and intake are not even ported hahaha, nor has it been dyno tuned....... hopefully will have it tuned before it goes out again also. It sould hook a lot better on these tires and the extra suspension parts and dip into the 10's N/A.

On jetting for Carb cars. What do you base the jet size off of per hp shot?

As in how do I know what jets to put in for the desired HP? This id for a carbed BBC car so pretty much nothing is stock.

Does solenoid size affect it?

solenoid size only plays a factor if you spray a very very large shot. other than that look in the manual that came with the kit if you have one and itll tell you which nitrous jet if for which power level. for a carbed car check what your fuel pressure is then you can find a fuel jet according to that and which nitrous jet you want to run. with a carb youll need very large fuel jets since fuel pressure is so low. the fuel jet will be close to the size of the nitrous jet in most cases. heres a site to one of the online calculators that does the math and tells you which jets should be used. http://www.robietherobot.com/nitrousjetcalculator.htm
