Default How to protect sheetmetal from backfire..

do these burst disk or blow off things work? Should I buy some?

I persoanally like the spring loaded one. You can adjust the springs so there is just enough tension to ensure no vacum leaks NA. And there is alot of surface area.

The burst discs just seem to small to me...and they have a minimum pressure before they burst.

I think I am going to buy a spring one. I only know of two companys that sell them wilson and speedtech.

Looks like those spring ones could be a pain in the *** to adjust if they're on the back of the intake. I'd choose those though over the rinky dink disks. I've heard of those failing to protect intakes before resulting in....
