im leaving for the track in about an hour.
i will let you know how i make out.
my afr head cracked a while back. i shipped it out, they had it, shipped it back ect ect so my car was down for a while.
but i had it welded up, if cracked again on install, so we brought it to another welder who went NUTS on it, and it seems to be holding. i toor up the streets last night trying to get a base speed dens tune in the car and im loaded up to leave in a few.
we'll see

just got home, went 10.1 @133+ first pass off the trailer NA

10.1 @ 134+ NA added a bit of fuel


took 2* out, jetted for 100 went a 9.4@ 143 with a 1.38 60 foot.
not bad for a new intake, new gears, and a tune we did last night in a parking lot.


not bad.

tommorow is a quick street race, if i get bumped out, we will be adding another 100 worth of spray and see what happens

just got home, long *** day, and shitty ending in rain!

qualified with a 9.7 @123 (yea, i sand baged it.

2nd qualifing i broke out with a 9.48 @ 142 i figured the track wasnt 100% and it was 97 out so no way would the car go a 40 again, and i was out on the guy so i shut the spray off about 300 feet befor the end and still broke out, but they let me in on the 9.7 pass.

1st round i went against a nasty car (atleast a 9.2 car, he got out on me and sand bagged, but i got him in the end with a 9.53 @ 142

then the rain came, we waited 3 hours for them to send us home.
oh well.

i was on pretty good for a 9.50 class with a 100 shot, she is movin pretty good.
