what will break if i do a 100 shot
You shouldn't have to replace anything other than plugs every 10,000 miles or so. A 100 shot is fine on a stock motor. I've run through about 20 bottles. I was getting some high rpm blow by, but I figured out that problem. I was leaving the tranny in 3rd gear (A4) while decelerating from 120+mph. Shifting into OD dropped the rpms enough to eliminate the blow by.
In summary, if set up right...you'll be fine.

i use 3rd gear to slow the car down after a run instead of going into 4th and having to use the brakes more. are you saying thats bad? i plan on doing 100+ shot fairly soon and would that hurt my performance in the long run?

Brakes are cheap to replace. Motors are not. BTW, the excessive crankcase pressure only happens on my N20 runs.
Hope that helps...

That's right bullitt. Just keep driving your 14 second shitstang and be quiet. Take it to the street racing section or the lounge. This forum is for technical posts.

I also run nitrous in the 100 to 125 range on a regular basis and have not broken a thing on 275/40/17's nor on 315/35/17 drag radials. Just watch how low you engage the nitrous and keep good gas in the tank. Good luck.
P.S. i have had no issues even after installing a vig 3600 stall.

I spray above 3,000 rpms and I spray through the shifts. No problems here. That doesn't mean you won't run into a tranny problem. Lots of people have. The rear end in an A4 will be fine.

First to go will be the stock transmission. THEN you will see the rear end go BECAUSE when you pulled the stock transmission out you went to FLP and had Chuck hook you up with a Level IV transmission and a Vigilante converter.... or at least I hope thats what you would do... b/c I did.... AND you will finally get tired of buying nitto's and you'll buy a set of street tires and a set of MT Et Streets or slicks and then thats when the Rear End DIES.
BUT at least you should have to worry about any of these problems for at least a year or so. Unlike me.... I had a dead transmission when I started spraying my car and my transmission lasted a whole 2 weeks.... which nitrous or no nitrous it wouldn't have lasted a month anyway.
