Default GenX-2 fitting ... what is it?

Anybody got any idea what the brass fitting is that comes with the NX GenX-2 accessory kit? It has what looks like a -4an threaded end and a threaded end on the opposite side of the fitting that's about twice the size.

No, I don't believe it has anything to do with that. It came standard in the GenX-2 kit.

Is it the blow down fitting? It is -8 by 1/8th. Any pics?

I don't think it's a blowdown fitting because in the kit there was already a standard blowdown tube with the chrome fitting, so, I don't think they'd put a brass one in there, as well. It's a 1/4" x 1/2" fitting. The threads on the 1/2" side are very fine threads. They wouldn't screw into the botttle blowdown opening. I'll get a pic up as soon as I can.

It took a bit, but, I found something similar. The parts supplier calls it a flare jet. In the pic below it's blue. The one that shipped with the NX GenX-2 accessory kit is plain brass and the smaller side on it is smaller and finer threaded than the one you see below.
