The timing tuner in the link above is this one (below) and it's a new unit. It was mounted on the car with two screws and the harness was never even connected. The hot and ground wires have never been connected and the ends are as they were when it was purchased ... never cut for connecting. Just clarifying that it was never put into operation, so, it still is classified as a new device ... IMHO. The cover was never removed and it still contains the factory default configuration. There are not even any screw marks on where it was mounted.

... just clarifying it's not used, as in connected or put into service.
