Another fuel pump question
Another fuel pump question I just got my NX wet kit and I am wanting to know if I should upgrade my stock pump. I have done a search but most people are asking if their stock F-body pumps should be upgraded.
I have a '01 Z06 w/AFR 205's, G5X2, 90/90, Longtubes. I only want to run a 75 or 100 hit and I don't know if the Vette pump is the same as the F-body.

The vette pump is a lil more stout than the F-body, I sprayed to 466 RWHP on the stock C-5 pump and the pump was fine. Guessing you will be 500-525 or so with the shot you intend. I would try it on the stock pump jet small say 50 shot, monitor fuel pressure and AFR, if its ok jet up and recheck.
I added a racetronics and see a drop to 40 PSI when the wet kit kicks in but it recovers, this is 525 to the wheels (with a racetronics and hotwire kit).
