Asked the NX rep about the NXL system for the LS1. He said that it wont be available for release for another few weeks. He also said that NX was working on an intake for the LS1 with integrated foggers(avoid a patent BS). He said that the new intake picked up 10-20rwhp over the LS6.

Great another intake. IMO the people that are making an intake should be working theyre asses off to get it out. When that first intake comes out thats whose gona take it over. Its gona be a matter of who gets it to the market first

I guess what I found to be ironic is what the guy told me. What they are doing to the intake is exactly the same thing that my intake has done to it.....Can't really say much but it will be killer.

so this NX intake should be good for 10 hp over a ls6... and have direct port setup...ummm

No one has any of these yet.They are making sure that it fits perfectly.It has been held up because they are trying to work out the issues with the NXl.Not to down a product but I have installed several weilands and have not liked them that much.The nx is aluminum but nicer than the weiland.

Well after seeing that guys custom NX direct port on a FAST intake, I was pretty impressed. I want to do a wet kit DP and was thinking about the LSx intake or the NX. What is your opinion being your in the biz????... I will be doing a stroker sometime in the near future so I would want only a 150 shot now but more down the road.
