lobe seperation 112
valve timing is

intake 10 btdc

exhaust 12 atdc
and how big of a shot?

I dunno how it will take a 250 because I haven't personally tried it, but I'm sure it will work.

A nitrous cam just opens the exhaust valve a little earlier. Basicaly the best cam for the motor na, but the exhaust valve opens sooner. Will lose a little power on motor though.

I would agree with that. Patrick G spec'd me two cams, one for an N/A application and one for a nitrous application. The only major difference being that the exhaust valve is opened 8* earlier and it is on a wider lsa. The nitrous cam has less exhaust lift, but significantly more exhaust duration.
