Exclamation So you want to go with a plate huh? Check this out!

Our conclusion: LS1s are amazing

125 shot w/ NOS plate added to a custom MASPORT in house N2O kit, cam only (23x/23x), 98 SS with 103,000 miles on the clock and shitty rod bolts haha.

Very nice. At what RPM does it hit at? Whatever it is, it doesn't look like you where worried about it coming on to soon.

Yes the window switch is set pretty low, but it is a track only car, so we are not too worried

what does being a track only car matter if has a backfire or the motor fails due to torque spike? Being track only, it shouldnt ever be below 3500rpms wide open, so i dont see the benefit of a lower window?

Nice results for sure, but I dont think theyre anything extraordinary. The car is making just what it should. LS1's and simple mods rule

The car is not per say a track only car. It's just not a DD. As far as the rpm shot, I somewhat agee with you but it doesnt mean you cant play with it. 3500-4200. It's a great example of what you should expect when you take $3k and a tuner that knows his ****!.

Congrats on your new results man! but why dont you just up the window for safety's sake? I just dont see any benfit in keeping it so low.

ps, why does your sig say 100 shot instead of 125?

That was a mustang dyno and I believe it was either 380 or 385 on a nitrous tune, and i think we had a little wheel spin on the drum. Remember seeing a little graded cheeze..lol

hmm...i would guess its pulling timing right there, since its lower in the RPM's, motor is under more load and prone to detonation???

dunno

Detonation? With 103? No Sir. Not even with 93. Timing is where it should be.

Yeah. My bad, 38lbs in tired drag radials. Usually 20lbs eliminates that. I'll try not forget next time. LOL.

And would'nt know, DHL Just dropped off a fresh pair of Hoosiers....
