10.10@135 back in late '05. Just a Cam and about a 225 shot (crank rated). Hopefully I'll be motivated enough to get a better number in the spring.

Oh ya, just checked and I only pulled a 1.48 that pass.

Cool, I'm #4, I feel like a "Big Dog" now.

At least in the stock cube category.

I would love to get my little motor to run an 8.9999999 My current setup really isn't anything special, it's got a good bottom end but I am running a set of Absolute Speed Stg. 2.5's, LS6 intake, and the factory water pump, I was also blowing through the converter really bad. I was crossing the finish line at 7400 RPM's at 135 mph. That's with 28" tall tires, a glide and 3:55 gears!

Next spring the car should be about 200lbs lighter, and it will have a carb style intake with a plate on top. Also I'm sending the converter off to be tightened up.

On the pass I ran 9.77 I was leaving off the transbrake and I only cut a 1.45 60'. The next pass I flashed it off the line and it cut the 1.37 60' but it popped a little so I let off at about the 330 mark. I still ran a 6.25 in the 1/8th but @ 98 mph opposed to 6.21 @ 112 that I ran on the pass before (9.77). I'm pretty sure if it wouldn't have popped I would have gone at least 9.50 or so but who knows.

Ray, you have mine run listed as bolt-ons/nitrous. It should be bonestock/nitrous. That's what 100% bonestock longblock, not even headers means, lol.

I am building my car now. I hope to be on this list this year.

(Yes I Own a turbo shop, (that not all we do) But I am trying something diffrent while my stock cube Turbo bullet is being built.)

Plan right now is:
-Stock LS1 Short block and 853 heads
-236/240 .579/.579 114+2 Cam
-LS6 intake with a Direct Port 200+ shot
-TH350 w/T-brake
-Moser 12 bolt
-Full Burkhart Suspension
-10pt Cage

The car is getting ready for the body shop now to fix a minor boo boo. Then it diet time. If it doesnt make it faster it is outta there.
