Best Nitrous setup for me?

However How do you know that the Nitrous is doing the same unless you have a directport? The best way to know is to read the plugs. If you are reading the plugs and have a dry directport you can fine tune it by changing the nitrous jet in the nozzle to adjust to the flow of the injector.
Now if you are not using a directport and are running a dry system with the fuel added by the pcm how do you invidualy tune to compinsate for a poor flowing injector? Same as with a wet. You can not...
Now if you have a wet system (Non Directport) You could argue that atleast if the nitrous and fuel are already mixed you have better odds that every cylinder is seeing X amount of Nitrous and the fuel with it.
Ofcourse this will determain on HP levels and Intake designs. Every Intake design has different flow charastics. To give you an idea. The LSX style intake flows pretty well with a wet system located at the front of the intake up to about 250hp. On a ford 5.0 you will start to see issues with cylinders going lean with anything above 175hp.
Backfires that are not caused from boging the car or taging rev limiter are normaly caused by way to rich of a tune up or poor distribution causing a cylinder to get a flash lean condition.
Reading the spark plugs and knowing the limits of your system and intake are key to not having a backfire.
