the motor has 120,000 miles and only has an air box and shorty headers and cat back. the motor made 320 and 340 to the ground. i just bought harris speed plate kit for it. my girlfriend wants to go bigger. i am new to nitrous because i always build the motor first then use nitrous. i use a 200 shot on a built motor, but my girlfriends car has nothing. injectors, valvesprings, tune, what else.

Other then i really would not recommend spraying a 200 shot to a basically stock high mile motor. I hope you have another motor ready to go in because you will more then likely break it. I wouldnt recommend going much of a 100 shot if you want to keep that car running for a little while longer.
With that kind of mileage on a stock motor and that size shot you need Jesus
J/K it may last a few passes. Mine has about the same mileage on the motor itself but it has forged pistons and arp bolts. I've gone thru countless bottles on a 150 wet and I am going to step it up to a 200 by using a 50 dry. Not sure how long it will last but I guess I'll find out

Good evidence of why you dont spray a stock car with that kind of shot. 12 flat is an aweful ET for a 200 shot. a 100 shot can get you a low 12 second time slip.
I would agree. I can pull 12's all day long on a 100 dry shot......
so the 200 shot guy on stock has something not right, or not tuned.
I am moving up to 150 shot to start the season, and ending the season on a 200 shot.. this all dry...
I am planning on 11's for the 150.. and as for the 200...
LOL...
hoping low 11's... we shall see I guess.. But I also am spraying a
stock engine... has 50,000miles on it....
3.73 gears...

he didn't have it tuned, didn't have colder plugs, didn't change anything. He had bought the car about a week before, borrowed someones kit, and ran it. I had no part in it, the guy was a friends friend (if that makes since).
Instead of 200 try a 175 wet shot, I was gonna spray 200 in a 94000 mile motor, but just got a cam and the 175 shot. I can not believe how much this engine can take, I plan to get an intake and lt and rod bolts next and hit 600hp. The numbers on the signature are on stock intake and exhaust, However get a fuel pump, a dyno tune.
