where do the fbodys have fuel pressure regulators?

On the crossover tube between the fuel rails?

I'm not 100% sure on that.

There in the fuel tank,If you look under your car at the rear drivers side near the tank you will see a (T) in line, thats were the fuel returns to the regulator thats beside the fuel pump in the tank

That is a pulser/dampener (or something like that) on the non return line at the rails systems. The only one that came stock with a regulator and return at the rails was the '97 Vette. A great mod to add the return and reg at the rails. watch my web site for a fuel system upgrade write up, and we'll be going into this, and the benefits of getting the reg at the rails.
