Here is mine with the MAF drilled and tapped for the nozzles.

 

 

^ I like your IAT sensor solution. By drilling and tapping the maf I'm guessing you meen the back part where the bellow slips over? I'm guessing yours didn't come with the ring? I think that looks better than when they are tapped into the bellows.
