Default Lets talk E85 and Fuel solenoids

What effects if any does E85 have on a fuel solenoid? Do I need to have bigger fuel jets than what is required for a certain size shot? Discuss.......

Your jetting will change as well as the piston in the fuel solenoid.

I'm pretty sure you'd have to run alcohol compatible solenoids. Like Dave said you're jetting is going to change due to needing more E85 compared to gasoline to provide the same amount of energy.

So, I'm gonna need a bigger fuel jet than what is required for a certain size shot? Do you guys sell solenoids that work with E85?

I believe that most noids now come compatible with the E85. Yes, tuning is a whole new ball game for running E85, and you need your n/a tune setup for it as well.

My car is already running a E85 tune N/A, so all I need to do is verify that my fuel noid is good to go
