I have 120k highway miles on my 98 Formula and plan to spray soon. I am sure with a good tune that 100K+ miles is fine! Colder plugs plus conservative tune = happy LS1!

How about a motor with 175,000 miles. All parts from the block up new and replaced. Hotcam and 243 stock heads new and tuned. Car runs stong. I drive it 73 miles one way to work 20 times a month plus city runs around the city.

do a compression test and leak down test first and then order parts.

you can buy a compression test gauge from most parts stores and maybe even rent one you just take your plugs out and screw it in to the plug whole and crank the engine till the compression round and it will hold how much compression the cylinder has you will need to do this with every cylinder

As long as the motor is in good "health" it should have no problem. And make sure the fuel system is up for the task.

I have ~102, 000 miles on mine with notched pistons. Sprayed ~20 bottles thru the motor and so far so good on the 100 shot.
