According to an article I read in an old issue of GMHTP, you want a wider LSA for nitrous in most cases. You will probably want to get a custom grind cam anyway so I would talk to who ever you plan on getting the cam from and let them know your plans. My engine builder worked with Comp Cams on my custom grind.
