If you plan on spraying no more than 150 to 175 a single nozzle before the throttle body will be fine. If you plan on going higher I would suggest the plate that goes between the upper and the lower intake. The ford 5.0 intakes start seeing flow limitations above the 175 mark.

You should take a look into HSW kit. They have an awesome plate with the best spray pattern out there! They've also got smoking deals on their kits right.

 

IMO none of the wet kits are safe when you run them through an intake manifold designed for dry flow only.

If you care about safe, go with a dry system,
unless you want to spring for an individual port fogger system.
