Default bottle and air

Anyone have issue with having nothing but air left in the bottle when you get down to 2 or 3lbs? Not sure if it typicall happens or if something is up. Had the bottle filled by 2 different places and both said its filling but its making some wierd noises. On said they could actually heard it bubbling but thought that might have been cause it spent 45 mins in a deep freeze

What type of bottle do you have? Do you have a heater on the bottle?

I didn't think most people would run them that low. That must take forever to heat up and get up to pressure if it even does.

cold bottle was at 600 after 5-10 mins it was up to 900 not to long to heat the bottle up. also didnt have a scale...so might have been a little more or little less then 2 or 3 in the bottle. When i opened the bottle to let all the air out it took a couple of mins for the air to come out

its normal to have some air in it when it gets low...mine always did when i had a dynotune nitrous kit on my last LT1...the guy who filled it just let it out and filled it back up with the juice

If you are spraying air with 3 lbs still left in it then you should check the draw tube in the bottle. Sounds like its not bent properly.
Next time the bottle is "empty" take it out and drain it 100%. then remove the bottle valve by unscrewing it. Once its out chech to make sure the draw tube is bent right. It should be drawing from the very bottom corner of the bottle. I have seen them not bent right so they start drawing air, before all the liquid is used up.

Have you noticed any loss in power when your making a pass? Do you feel a big hit at the start and then nothing after that?

just had the bottle filled and sounded like an orca whale. Bottle took 5lbs after sitting in a deep freeze for 45 mins and wouldnt take anymore without pumping it in . Filled my friends bottle at the same time and that went in easily no pump need to force it in. Something is up with the bottle. Last time it made the whale noise and they said they could hear the nitrous fizzing in the bottle. Something is up, brand new bottle never dropped or anything. It was taken out of the box to the mounts in the car undone to fill then right back in repeat

Have you pulled the valve to check your siphon tube?

it's not air. when you are that low, you cannot get the pressure up enough to convert the nitrous from its gaseous state back to liquid form.

well I have this to add... Did you wonder if you were getting screwed on the fill to begin with?

I have recently had issues with my bottle also, trying to figure out why it was not hitting, then after I felt the nitrous hit, it dropped off really quick... I have been like WTF.

So purging my line, and making a run at the track, we check right away, and my line was full of air... So we purge again, hit the track, nothing... check again and all air.

I had bottle at 1200PSI, 1100PSI, 1000PSI, 950PSI, 900PSI...
all nothing... all air....

opened up completely and just sat there spraying with car off.... All air...
did not matter my bottle pressure....
So I have now gotten 2 bad fills... The fills consisted of AIR..... that is the only thing I can think of for the fact on a full bottle I cant get a 50 shot out.. LOL
