think about it, a 10 pound bottle weighs 25 pounds a 75 pounder is about 200 pounds!! you would have to mount it to the roof, and put straps to the roll bar. lol
LOL.. yeah but you would not need 2 bottles... imagine the bottle pressure you could get.. LOL...
I just didnt know if someone had seen this done before...
Never know, people do some ******* crazy ****..

Especially the necks... LOL...

i pump abt 1000# a week and we ONLY freeze them....i hear you can keep the N20 cold (on ice) and fill a room temp tank but we dotn have a "meat locker" here so we just freeze the tanks....for an alum 10# it maybe takes 30-40 min

chilling the bottle is common and a lot of people prefer it. It is by no means "ghetto" or undesirable. Many people won't even go to a place that uses a pump

Even if you are filling a cold 10 pound bottle from the mother bottle how do you get that last pound or 2 in the 10 pound tank. That is what the pump is for.

I don't see a problem with using a pump.
How would one get burned with using the pump?

People tend to get air in the tank with the pumps sometimes. I've run my bottle dead empty several times and they get almost exactly 10 pounds in it by chilling the bottle

to make sure you get a good fill, set your empty bottle in the sun with the valve open, after it warms as much as posible close the valve, put in freezer over night, take to get filled. if its too far and gets warm again the bucket of ice sounds like a winner. i have gotten 11.5-12 pounds in a 10 pound bottle without a pump, even blew a 3000psi popoff valve on a bottle without a pump.lol
sounds like you have two good options to keep a full bottle without a long wait. go to your local welding gas co. and get a bottle to refill with and a transfer hose or buy an extra bottle to keep at the place that fills your bottle, drop one off and pick one up.

You get better fills when gravity and natural physics does all the work. If you pump in nitrous from a mother bottle that is almost out, you're going to be getting air.

I would think that they could rig up one of the nano systems to help fill bottles, would I be wrong about that?

If pumping on a calibrated scale like you are supposed to i don't see how u wouldn't realize that your pumping air instead of nitrous since air is pretty much weightless.

burned 2 times from pump now since this thread started.
I will only go to freezing place, since I have recently had the kind experience of getting robbed for air...
2 tanks full of air, no nitrous.......
Here in DFW.... so I now agree with the freezing, since I have called and found more places that only freeze, and dont use pump.
