I gapped at .038 and got best NA and N2O runs. Every car is different, so gap em around there and make a few runs, next time try a .001 up or down and make both NA and N2O runs to set it.

Oh ****, I gapped them at 60. What's going to happen? Do I need to get back in there and pull them all again? That was a serious pain in the ***.

damn ok. I've still got to put on the y-pipe so I will go ahead and regap them on my lunch break. I have the car on the lift right now. So I guess the consensus is to go with a 35 gap, is that correct?

Bigger gap means hotter spark. Hotter spark means posible lean condition. Also bigger gap, the nitrous will more than likley blow the spark out. Smaller gap colder spark safer...

What Tim said, and you want it wide as possible without blow-out and leaning. Like I said, I ran .035 to start, no problem, opened the gap up to .038 and picked up new best, both on and off the bottle. I even gapped at the track the same night to make, and more than once.
