Here is an old video of my car (200 shot) vs my friend (150 shot).

My setup ( camera view)
Stock 137K LT1 1994 z-28
Full bolt-on's 327hp 349 tq
4.11 gears
3660 race weight
200 Shot , Nx kit, stand alone fuel system

Friends Setup ( 1997 Red Trans Am)
355 Lt1 , LE 1.5 417rwhp
ALl supporting mods
3.73 gears
3750 race weight
150 shot, Nx kit, stand alone fuel system

Race from 2nd gear roll to the top of 4th. I took mine to 7000rpm's trying to keep up. It was the best race of my life. We were out street racing, and there was a group of 20 cars waiting at the finish line. When we flew by i was loosing by half a car, after that my friend pulled ahead a full car and a half, but no one in the crowd saw that. It was the best race of all time, and it was on tape.

Enjoy

On a side note, the motor only lasted 3 full passes on the 200 shot , then a rod bearing spun. JFYI

i make 432 on motor and should be close to 440 no with some little mods i plan to hit it with the 150 shot and see what happens but then i might get greedy and see what i can do on the 200 shot

but my car is a track car and i care about that 9 sec slip more than a 600 rwhp dyno number

boooo, the dyno broke so I didn't get any numbers today. On the bright side, I got to hang out with a bunch of car enthusiasts that were getting together to have a pre "pinks all out" get together about an hour away from where I live. I'm not too much into pinks, but it was cool to hang out with a bunch of car people since I live in a little town.

True story. However, my vote would be dual staging, as this will be less wear/tear on the noids. Less wear/tear means less chance of something going wrong, and a 200 hit and something wrong, well we all know how that can go. Yea, even with my dual stage, the 285rwhp shot was just to big (a couple hundred ¼ runs, on various size shots), and should have upped the "on" rpm for the dyno. With that said, I did run the 200 shot many, many times with no problems, though we log everything each run and stay on top of the tune. Prior to the 285 shot the car had been running the 250rwhp for a few weekends. Man, these motors can take hell on, lol. GM got it right for sure.
