You need to replace that section of hard line with something flexible, like stainless braided line, so you can plumb in your Zex box. Without knowing your setup I can't give you any more.

It is the kit that has the intake vavle and fuel regulator on one side of the box.not for sure what else you need to know.but you say to take out the hard line and replace it with braided line.

the kit for the LS1 does not need to connect the line to the fuel pressure regulator as it is in the gas tank

you will install the nozzle in front of the MAF and the PCM will take care of the fuel enrichment, no need to increase fuel pressure

the line that would go to the Fuel pressure regulator will need to be plugged...it is a vaccuum line.

The nitrous flow creates a vaccuum, when this is connected to the FPR it will increse fuel pressure.

You can buy vacuum caps that fit over vacuum lines. Go to wal mart, autozone, pepboys, etc.

The line on the box that is supposed to go to the FPR will be plugged. So if you have a line coming out of the ZEX box you will put a cap on that line. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please.
