Question Heads and Cam, spray ok?

I have absolute stage2 stock heads milled down to 63cc and an F13 cam, the heads are mated to the block with ARP, PP dual valvesprings, Manley valves, and ti's have 9k on them, and same with the dual timing chain. Its on a stock block with 102,000mi. on it and the motor seems to run pretty strong down the track. Okay here's what im gonna do before i spray (100 dry or the new NX tunable MAF) is im gonna change out the rod bolts out and might as well replace the bearings... what else should I replace while im down there? would I need colder plugs for just a 100shot? What do I need to check and/or replace for the block to handle the dose?

my nitrous kit is complete with wot switch, lean shutdown, etc...

much help is needed with this nitrous noob... thanks in advance!

Cris
