I spoke with Dave this morning, one of the nicest business man I have ever delt with, took care of the situation 150%...In my opinion anyone that dont deal with him for there N20 needs is a fool. I will be a return customer. Thank you Dave.

I haven't even bought from them but based off of there reviews I will be buying my equipment from them in the near future.

Thank you for all the kind words. We are very greateful to have customers like you. As much as I would like to say we do not make mistakes I would be lieing through my teeth if I did.

I like to think a companies true customer service shows by how they handle there mistakes. We try very hard to carefully look into any problems that may arise. If there is a mistake on our part you can always count on us to step up to the plate and make sure our customers our well taken care of.
