any ideas how does it work comparing to the MSD Digital Window switch ?

Yeah, no comparison. The msd unit is "just" a window switch. The FJO mini controller is a progressive controller that can either be used by RPM or time based for your ramp rates. You can control 2 stages, and have the option of 1st gear lock out. That is just some of the basic features, and it is a window's based program. The sponser I purchased it from is Nitrous Outlet and they give some good detailed info on it, so check out their site.
