Default Zex bottle heater

Anyone out there use the zex bottle heater?? Do you like it? I got mine a few days ago and it doesnt seem to get too hot. Just want some opinions . Thanks guys....

What gauge wire are you running to it? Smaller wire = less current... which = slower heat up time.

Best to have a relay and 8 or 10 gauge wire. Keep wires short too. Also, make sure you're using a good ground point. If it's in the rear of the car, you could loose a volt or two.

10 gauge wire. I went to radio shack and got a 10amp cigarette lighter conector. When its not on the bottle itll burn the skin off your hands but when i slap it on the bottle it couldnt melt butter in july. And yes i know in the directions it says dont use without a bottle connected to it because the bottle absorbs the heat. Oh well my buddy has the same one and same setup and his does the same thing as mine. Im lazy i didnt want to hardwire it into the car.

10 gauge wire here and only about 2 feet of wire. still not very hot either. takes forever on a cold bottle.
