Default nitrous wiring issues!

ok guys, i have all the nitrous hooked up, i dont have the bottle filled until in the morning but i still wanted to test things, i have the following;
nitro daves window switc
harris speed works single nozzle wet kit
fpss
purge

i have everything hooked up as following;

the only thing that is different, is the wire that says crane ign. goes nowhere, the wire ends at the solenoids. ???

also i have the elctrical tps hooked up so a straight wire going bypass the mechanical wot switch.

my issues; when i arm the system, i can purge the button(very briefly b/c its bad on solenoids with no n20) and the n20 noids click, took car for test run to see if it would shoot fuel and nothing, everything is programmed right on my window switch i think, it shows correct rpms etc.

my relay gets power when the switch is off, and no power when armed ???

everything else matches that wiring diagram

IF the box is somewhere you can see the LEDs it will help. You mention you have another tps switch hooked up. Correct? The box in your drawing has its own.
The LEDs are as follows
1st = tps
2nd = first stage
3rd = 2nd stage.

So at WOT your read out should show at least this once inside the windows settings.
1 1 0 or 1 1 1 depending on how you have it programmed.

0 = off
1= activated
L = gear lockout
