Default new to ls1's

i have a question, has anyone here after doing free mods and changing to one step cold plugs for n2o had a problem with a slight dip or slight cut out at an idle at random, my car is a stock 98 a4 with free mods and n2o but this seem to happen to it when done the egr free mod and maybe the smoothing my my maf, but i dont have a dtc or check enigine light and was wondering if this is just a normal thing casue had a buddies car do the same thing and never found anything wrong with it, just currious, and also for a fuel pump for n2o what do you guys recomend, i was a stang dude and now have ls1 do they make a in tank 255 pump like the fords, remeber i am new to ls1's and the returnless fuel sys, my theory on the dip is when it get to op temps and the egr works that with the egr being cut cause a lil flux in idle am i wrong or right, let me know thanks, also is there a free scan i can use to prob the pcm on this car i dont like having to use the snap on each time i look and also i was going to get ls1 edit but what do you use for a data logger? thanks
