I had a small issue with my nitrous pressure switch for my bottle heater that i bought from Nitrous Outlet almost a year ago. I messaged Dave about the issue and he told me to send it in and he'll get a replacement out for me right away. Fast and excellent customer service, a pleasure to deal with. Most sensors and electronic stuff isn't even warrantied from other companies. Just wanted to share my great experience with Nitrous Outlet with everyone Will definitely do business with them again!

 

Took care of me too, when the first 685 box had a problem. Went out of his way and took care of it himself, instead of me having to deal with Mallory. That's above and beyond, in my book.

 

Thanks guys... I am a firm believer that anyone can sell a part. Its the customer service that comes after the sale that lets you know weather or not the company truely has great customer service.
