Default Window switch question...

I have an automatic and I was wondering if I need a window switch. I have a Vig 3600 that flashes to 4k. I am going to be using a WOT switch and spraying through the shifts. Would I still need a window switch? Thanks!

if you are spraying through the shifts, then no. I'm not sure why you want to spray through the shifts though, talk about destroying a tranny.

If i were you, i would spray from 4000-6000 with an RPM switch.

I am getting a built tranny so I don't think it is going to hurt it

"You can have it tunned to were it pulls even more timming (more then the factory tune does) during the shift. That way you just let it spray, and the PCM will cut timing out during the shift, which should soften the blow to the trans" From a WS6 owner in hobbs, nm

I do not understand what you are trying to tell me. I am not worried about my transmission. I will have a built transmission to handle the power. I am just wondering if there is any other reason I would need a RPM switch.
