More than likely we won't go to the lsx shootput due to the turbo guys will rule with there big turbo setups.Even if we went high 7" we would be bumped real quick.

Yup, ain't that the truth. I don't have a problem with the turbo cars being faster, I just don't understand why they try to attract anything but that, they mine as well change the class to lsx turbo class, because that's the only way thing that can compete. There's no weight break that you could give that would be enough, because you can't get a car light enough and I don't think the motors will stay together with the amount of nitrous it would take to run a mid to low 7 second pass.

I've been running my nitrous setup for sometime now. With are local program if i was a turbo car they limit us to a single 88mm air to water at 3300 pounds.Last year every car was a nitrous car so that is why i stick with the bottle. No dought turbo cars are fast but nothing local for us here to run.

Don't the N2O cars do better than the turbo'd cars when it's hot? If it's a hot *** day, you guys should do well!

Most turbo guys are air to water so geting your intake charge down to 35 degrees is not uncommon.

Yup, a nitrous car 5 years ago I'd definately give it the edge on a real hot day, but intercooling has come a long way.
