what converter?

Default what converter?

what kind of converter do you rec. on 408 high comp. nitrous motor 400 shot max. min. street driving, lots of track driving. what brand and stall etc. thanks for the help.

I'll try and answer this a couple of ways. You pick what you like -

If I told you 7,000 would you buy it?

If I said 50% of the maximum rpm would you buy it? Because you said some street use..

If I said please look at the sponsors of LS!. I'll bet you can find several LS1 sponsors selling the same or different brands. Support your sponsors.

Art Carr made several special converters for me. You might not like them because they aren't a name brand and they have been around for a long time. What I liked was, previous good experience, they understood what I wanted based on what I said I was building, including vehicle wt. RPM, little stuff like that.

I am running a TCI StreetFighter 3500 on my Daily Driver. I heard Yank was also very good.

I would look at the YANK PT4000 or PT4400 dependent on what you can handle, and what gearing/tire size/rev limiter you will be running.

Call YANK, they can taylor make ya one. I've used every brand convertEr on the market. All with no problems...
