I watched an episode of Pinks one time... and a guy had the dual setup spraying a 350 shot.
He's like... hey... i'll go unhook the bottle between the seats... watch, then i'll purge the lines.
and then he sprayed the one in the spare tire area... classic. won himself a car with that. lol.

I voted no because a N2O bottle between the rear seats means business. Looks badass too. I love to touch it too while drivin..

I would say it depends on the rest of your setup, if your switches, hoses, noids, purges, etc are going to be visible then put the bottle visible if you want. However if you are going stealth like me then hide EVERYTHING. Bottles hidden, switches hidden, noids/lines hidden, using the HSW microedge TPS function so i have no visible WOT switch, run the nozzle to the underside of the intake elbow so that cant be seen without removing the intake. I love it when people are looking at my car in the pits and all they see is a stock street car then as i'm rolling up to the staging line i let out the purge from under the headlight and that mustang owner goes "****!!!," lol
its a bit of a tight fit with the 3000psi bottle but it wasnt too bad

Hell no. i like the fact that Mustang owners that look in my back glass often have "Jaw Drop Syndrome", and many seem to also have "Turrets Syndrome" cause they always blurt out, ****, fu*k, hell, damn...
My sister once asked me, "God why do you have those Scuba tanks in your car?", gotta love the bleached blondes, lol.

I have mine in in the rear deck lid above the tank and i love it right there. I get people asking about it all the time. My 16 year old sister in law takes it uptown cruising from time to time and all the kids uptown freak out when they see it lol

Show it to the world with pride
If you get somebody bitching about "omg you used nawsss" and you didn't actually spray it on that run, just offer to run them again with you using the bottle on the next run

i have my bottle mounted in between the back seats, nothing gets hung up on it and whoever sits in the back also likes it cuz its a good arm rest haha. I've never had any issues from cops, i've been pulled over a few times since i've installed it and cops have shined their flash lights in the back and have seen the bottle, they have never said anything about it. My vote is put it between the seats, its cool place to show it off.

I voted to show it! I just ordered a tunnel mount for the bottle to go in between my rear seats. Once you start using it they'll find out sooner or later you run nitrous so what the hell! Your ride will look intimidating with 1 bigass bottle in the back imagine with 2 bottles!

this time around I have mine in the spare tire area, I miss having it between the seats though.
since i have 3 bottles i plan to mount another one on the hump. If i ever get asked to race "off the bottle" i'll disconnect the line, then use my remote opener to run the hidden one.

Has anyone in this thread actually been hassled by the cops? I know many say this or that about certain states and regulations, but I have not heard of anybody actually getting in to trouble.
This one might be a cop catcher. We can't have a bottle thread with out the mondo sized set-up, lol, maybe it will fit in my Z06, lol. can you imagine the weight added? Dual 50lb bottles, prob none out there bigger? I think they were converted Co2 bottles, IIRC.

of all the times i was pulled over for various things(mostly no front plate) in my old car with the 15#er between the seats the only time any cop ever really said anything was a Texas state trooper started shooting the **** with me and was being really cool and asking questions about the car. normally they would just look in, see it and go on about there business.
