He is on a progressive controller, that explains why the initial hit is not as noticable.
If you can arm your n20 with the car off and bottle off and just listen for the solenoids to click when you hit the wot switch, then you will know for sure they are functioning correctly. You might not be able to "feel" it but you should definately notice the revs climbing much quicker in your 2,3,4 gears.

The same problem I have - 100 shot gives only 25-30whp, can barely feel it if sprayed after 4500. If I spray earlier - then yes, it's more pronounced

let me tell you we have been doing NOS for years and i finally put a kit on my personal car and got it all working this weekend and hit 100hp shot and let me tell you you WILL know its there and i had like 825-850psi i cant wait to try it with 950-1050 but i need drag radials first or to go put my slicks on cus if ya even try it in the hwy in 3rd gear at low psi it spins the tires....
and i always laughed at customers when they call and want to jet their car up when they first get it and now i know the feeling, cus i thought the same thing...hmm where did i put those other jets i said i would never use

Ohh sorry guys for not updating, my setup was not working because of a bad progressive controller solenoid driver (basically a fried relay). I defiinitely feel the 75 shot when i hit it now. It is a lot of fun. I am gonna try a 100 shot soon.
