Purge Leak... Should I take it apart?

Purge Leak... Should I take it apart?
OK... so I emptied out the last little bit of air in the system before disconnecting the old bottle through purging the system. I held the button down for about 5 seconds and when I released it... it just kept flowing.
I was hoping I guess that somehow this would magically "go away". However, put a new bottle in today and the purge seems to be stuck open. My question lies here....
It is an NX purge solenoid, about 3 months old. Do I take it apart and try to fix the problem? Or should I just suck it up and wait till Tuesday (guessing Speed Inc is closed for the holiday)? Would imagine that since this has had 1 bottle through it... it would still be covered under SOME type of warranty?
Was really hoping to make some passes this weekend and now looks like I might be stuck (pun intended)
EDIT: Looks like emptying the leftover air in the system through the purge is a major NO-NO. Wish I would have seen that before. Looks like the solenoid uses NO2 for cooling. Air doesn't do it ... So is it repairable? Should I try to exchange it?
