1. How is the bottle mounted in the car?
2. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge on the car where you can watch the pressure through the intire run?
3.What spark plugs and what are they gaped at?
4. What is the timming at?
5.How are your grounds ran?
6. What size wire are you feeding the relays hot with?
7.Check your wot switch and make sure that it is making good full contact through the intire pass. I have seen them make contact and then the blade goes just enough to cause the wot switch to click off and on.
8. Get a volt meter and what is the voltage at the battery with it running?
This is a start. Work with me here and we will pin point the problem.

I did notice the nut on the battery stud bolt on the drivers side by the fuse boxes where the N20 relay (+) wire is connected, was finger tight.
1-There are 2 15lb bottles mounted standing up, were the backs of the rear seat goes, the are pointing in the correct direction for the tube.
2-Went out tonight and sprayed it from a roll, F/P was 63lbs before activation, at WOT on the spray in top gear it was @ 58psi till I let out.
3-NGK TR6 gapped nat .035 I beleve
4-I am not 100% sure what the base timming was set at @ SpeedInc. But I pulled 9 degrees, on the the pull tonight. The same as was pulled on there Dyno.
5-I did notice that the grounds were on the drivers side under a stud bolt, which did not look all that great, so I ran a #6 wire directlty from the neg on the battery over to that stud and remounted the grounds.
6-The N20 relay is being feed with a #10, it is mounted about 6" from the battery terminal on the drivers side by the fuse boxes.
7-WOT seems to be working and activating good.
8-As for the voltage I did not check it, but during the pull tonight the guage stayed in the center 12.8-13.0v during the pull. I have noticed though, when I first start the car the voltage is about 13.5v then after driving a while it drops to 13.0v, I turn on the N20 heaters and it drops to 12.8v.
Tonight when I did a pull after redoing the ground, and tightening the postive nut it seemed to pull clean till I lifted in top of 3rd. My rider did not feel any surge, Might be fixed but track will be the test. Tires were spinning all through 1st gear. Thanx Ed.

Here's another thing that I do that helps me diagnose problems with the kit, get urself an led indicator light and tap it into the power wire going to the noid and the other side to a ground, so when the kit activates and sends power to the noid it will light up and if you see it flashing or going out when it starts surging, you know there's a problem with the wiring and not a mechanical problem.

I am going to do the indicator light, and see what happens, I found some ground issues I believe, and the nut on the positive where all the system power goes was loose. I sprayed it on the street and it did not seem to surge, but the track will tell, hopefully within the next coupple of weeks I will get there.
